Return & Cancellation

Thank you for shopping with us at ModaCellar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Various alcohol. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and cancellation policy below.

Returns
We do not accept returns on our products unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a return or exchange. We may require photos of the damaged product as proof of damage.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we cannot cancel the order, but you may return the product in accordance with our return policy above.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued for returned products only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for opened or partially consumed products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping
Shipment is confined to Singapore only. Shipping rates are based on weight and distance, and are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully packed and shipped in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
