The fourteenth generation of Juso Morobai Junmai Daiginjo, known as "小龍泉", is brewed with Yoshikawa Special Grade A Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture and Yoshikawa Special Grade A Aiyama from Hyogo Prefecture, with 45% of its refined rice. Morihaku is an ancient Japanese term for a high-class sake brewed with koji rice and kake-rice - collectively known as "fine white rice". Jigoku Morobai Junmai Daiginjo has a fragrant, fruity aroma on the palate, such as rich apple aromas mixed with citrus and pineapple, and is slightly more pungent than other 14th generation sakes, making it more suitable for heavy, savory dishes such as skewers.
